August 6, 2020 Angie is an amazing trainer! She takes the time to get to know you and understand your personal fitness goals. She is always careful to focus on proper form and technique, but also pushes you when it’s needed. I always look forward to my workouts with her and would highly recommend her as a trainer.
September 18, 2020 I have been working with Angie for only a couple months doing group personal training sessions but I am very pleasantly shocked at the huge difference she has made in my life. I have worked with two or three other coaches over the last few years doing different group fitness and eating programs/challenges but none has given me back the actual desire to be healthy through exercise and care how I fuel my body like Angie has. I cannot tell you exactly how much weight or how many inches I have already lost from working with her as my focus was not purely numerical; the changes she has fostered in myself go so much deeper than what a scale and tape measure could show you. She has given me back the desire to exercise regularly to the point where I look forward to when I have sessions with her and the feeling of my body being sore the next day (or, more often than not, days). I enjoy her training style so much I even signed up for her Zoom classes and am surprised at how much she can kick my butt even if it’s just a recording of her class. She has given me back self-control with my eating habits even though I have not worked with her on nutrition at all. The best part of all of these changes in myself is that they don’t come from Angie actually doing anything specific other than being the inspirational person she already is. She is motivating without being pushy and the playlist to get you through her class is always superb!

Since working with Angie, I have seen amazing results and have found a sustainable and healthy lifestyle that meets my needs. August 9, 2021 I first started working with Angie 3 years ago with a goal of building muscle in preparation for my upcoming wedding. At the time, I was living over 10 hours away and had limited gym equipment at home with no access to a gym. Angie worked with me from a far through personalized training and nutrition programs to help me reach my goals. Throughout the process I was able to learn how to fuel my body with the right foods AND eat the things I loved at the same time. I was so happy with my results that I have continued to work with Angie since then with new goals and an even better mindset.If you are looking for someone who will push you to reach your goals, hold you accountable and be your own personal cheerleader, Angie is your girl! I have always said, hiring a personal trainer is the best money I’ve ever spent. Hiring Angie was even better!
August 12, 2021 Oh where to begin! I’ve known this amazing woman for about 10 years now. When I first met Angie I was struggling with my weight and was obese. Back then, she helped by running with me, introducing me to workouts like tabata, and even doing yoga with me. Since that time my weight has yo-yo’ed. Earlier this year I joined one of Angie’s 6 week challenges. During that challenge I had a major shift in my mindset. Angie taught me that being healthy involves so much more than the scale, counting calories, and working out for an hour a day. With Angie’s help my mindset shifted from one that was focused on dieting and striving to lose weight, to one that understood that being healthy involves so much more. Angie’s approach taught me that being healthy involves balance, sleep, strength and energy levels, working out and moving your body, hunger and fullness, nutrition, water intake, deviations, hormones, stress levels, fatigue, and bowel movements just to name a few! Yep I had to bring up poop! I cannot thank Angie enough for starting me on a new journey, one that has helped shift my mindset away from diet culture to overall health and well-being. I highly recommend Angie in helping you achieve your health and well-being goals!
August 19, 2021 · Over the last few years I have worked with a couple different trainers but none come close to Angie. Angie not only knows her stuff but she is there for you! She is your biggest supporter and is on your team helping you succeed. I've worked with Angie in group settings, one-on-one and also through nutrition online, no matter what the situation is she always makes sure you reach your goals. I would recommend Angie to anyone that wants to achieve their health and fitness goals.
