As a devoted mother and an ambitious entrepreneur, I wear multiple hats, including being a Medical Laboratory Tech, Hormone Health Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Figure Competitor.
My journey in the fitness industry began back in 2006 when I started my career as a personal trainer. Over time, my curiosity led me to delve deep into the world of nutrition and all things related to health. Combining my personal experiences with the knowledge I gained through education, I now create personalized approaches to meet the unique needs of my clients. Witnessing them achieve their fitness and nutrition goals brings me immense joy and fulfillment.
However, my path to health and wellness wasn't always smooth. For years, I struggled with an unhealthy relationship with food and became consumed by obsessions with body image. I understand firsthand the pain and suffering associated with eating disorders. I tried various methods to overcome these challenges, including participating in eating disorder programs and seeking help from specialized therapists. Ultimately, it was my own personal experience that allowed me to truly understand and conquer these battles. Having found my own path to food and body freedom, I am now dedicated to supporting others on their own journeys.
Fitness and health have always played a significant role in my life. From a young age, I engaged in numerous sports and developed a passion for long-distance running. In 2016, I discovered my love for bodybuilding, a sport that some may argue isn't ideal for someone with a history of eating disorders. While I acknowledge this perspective, I firmly believe that bodybuilding has remarkably enhanced my lifestyle.
Over the years, I have competed in various shows, showcasing my skills and determination in both bikini and figure categories. One of my proudest moments was securing second place at the Arnold Classic in Ohio, an international event that attracts top athletes from around the world.
Through my journey, I have gained extensive knowledge about proper nutrition and how to fuel my body without succumbing to old habits. Exercise and healthy eating have seamlessly integrated into my everyday life, becoming an inseparable part of who I am.
With my diverse skill set, profound experiences, and unwavering dedication, I aim to serve as a guiding light for those seeking to improve their health and well-being. As a health coach, personal trainer, and motivational figure, I strive to inspire others to achieve their own versions of a fulfilled and healthy life.
I am dedicated to helping individuals regain control and live their healthiest, happiest lives. Drawing upon my own experiences of years of dieting and dissatisfaction with my body, I have gained valuable insights and strategies that I want to share with you.
